Do you recognize these ingredients from my earlier blog posts? Salmon from Blue Apron? Chickpeas, potatoes, and honey mustard from my nuggets? I love combining old meals to make a brand new one filled with crazy flavors!
These mints have a unique tea taste that's sweet, but not overpowering. These are definitely a must-buy on your next Trader Joe's run!
I had a lot of leftovers in the fridge from this week so what to I do? Make a Buddha bowl of course! I started with a base of fresh kale and some chopped vegetables. I used goat cheese crumbles and roasted sweet potatoes and chickpeas from my previous spinach nugget meal. Then I used the rest of the Wild Salmon we got from Blue Apron and my homemade honey mustard sauce. Delicious!
The NHL All Star game was on, which means friends and food are a must! Some of my best hockey friends came over and we snacked on berries, hummus, chocolate, guac, and more while sharing loads of laughs and smiles! Good times!
No party is complete without some chocolate! Trader Joe's supplied the almonds and PB cups, but the luxurious brownies were my doing! http://sweetasacookie.com/the-best-homemade-double-chocolate-brownies/ They got me! This "skinny" guacamole is from Trader Joe's, where I sampled it and fell in love, and so did all of my friends! We ate almost the whole avocado, Greek yogurt combo! Delicious!
